Curdle the milk with lemon juice once the milk starts to boil
Mix gently and strain it in a cloth
Remove the paneer once the water is drained
Add powdered sugar and mix
Mix the pabeer mixture very well for 5minutes
Add this mixture to a kadhai and cook in very slow flame for 4minutes
Remove in a ate cool it
Shape it and serve to ur kids
Its a big twist to your kids who dont drink milk they will eat this sandesh and love it
